The Multi Million dollar upgrade to Albury City Council Airport included:
New passenger facilities including new check-in, Cafe, passenger lounge, toilet areas, new office facilities for terminal operations and airline staff.
Co-ordinating with AlburyCity installation of outbound baggage handling system complete with Checked Baggage Screening (CBS), and departures security screening area as per Federal Government requirements.
All works completed whilst airport remained operational.

Leneva: Extensive civil works, retaining wall, 2 bay motor room with concrete apron & extensive crushed rock driveway, front , kitchen, office, multipurpose area, disability & wc amenities & store room
Gundowring: 2 bay motor room with concrete apron, turnout and store area
Eskdale: (started April 12 ): 2 bay motor room with concrete apron & extensice crushed rock driveyway, front, kitchen, office, multipurpose area, disability & wc amenities, & store room.

A new regional Country Fire Authority facility of over 540m2. The fire station includes workshop, shower & toilet facilities, kitchen, laundry, drying, maintenance, multipurpose, training and office rooms.
Externally the facility will provide over 1280m2 of concreted area which includes car park spaces, driveway, training yard and hose drying area.
