Brian established a reputation for quality construction revered by many builders in the area. Joined by Paul in 1984, BJ & PA Maginnity Pty Ltd moved to consolidate its position as one of the premier Building Companies in the Albury Wodonga region. In 1992 the company began trading as Magi-Build Building Contractors. Magi-Build also continued its tradition of quality homes with over 20 homes being built in Easternview Estate alone. The ability to incorporate the design process into the entire building package endeared many clients to build with Magi-Build, especially the clientele that had 'tried and tested' elsewhere. Currently utilizing the WRITE ON Q independent Quality Assurance Program, Magi-Build gives our clientele the comfort of knowing that the systems are in place to deliver the highest possible service and professionalism.
