Four two bedroom units for the Holbrook Shire involved the extension of an existing sewer main and extensive site development.  The development included elderly persons requirements. Being the first stage of a thirteen unit development for the shire, many provisions were made for the facilitation of future works. The units share the same design but are mirrored and rotated to suit the site.
