This childcare featured a specification set by Hutchisons Childcare Centre

  • Roof trusses spanning over 20 metres required use of crane.
  • Required strict adherence to the building requirements for Childcare centres.
  • OH&S logistical issues in dealing with the close proximity to a school and church.
  • Liaised with client that operated from outside the regional area.
  • Incorporated a colour scheme conducive to a childs environment.
  • Extensive site works included coordination and installation of play area, play equipment, car park and landscaping.
  • Completed within nominated time frame and within budget.
  • Specialised childcare fittings including Thermostatic mixing valves, junior toilet suites and basins, extensive custom joinery and fit out elements.
